Product Launch to Positive Cash Flow
A long-term client was able to obtain an exclusive distributorship of a brand new, revolutionary cold sore medication to be sold to the dental industry.
The Stanfield Agency recruited, hired, and trained sales agents who converted inbound calls into sales. We organized, trained, and sent trade show teams to every major dental conference to introduce and sell the product. We also created a website and sold this product online.
18 months after start up, we produced a very successful call center with positive cash flow, and over 1.1 million dollars in sales after 2 years.

Project Management for Computer Network Installation
A local dentist was using a 20 year old computer system to run his office. The Stanfield Agency contacted computer network vendors to provide quotes to install a new network that could handle the latest technologies in dentistry, including intraoral cameras and patient display monitors in every operatory.
Acting as this client's agent, we scoured each proposal for areas which could be more fairly priced and worked with each vendor to re-propose to get our client the best possible offering. We saw to it that each vendor coordinated with every other one, and that the network was installed on time and with as little error as possible.
After installation, we followed up to help train the staff on their network, and helped implement the new practice management software they would be using. We stayed on top of the emergent issues which surround such a project. This allowed our Client to do what he does best - practice dentistry.

Case Study #4
Dental Industry Association DVD Set
An association in the dental industry holds a scientific session every year which hosts 1 to 2 dozen speakers who give presentations on the technical aspects of oral-systemic dentistry.
The Stanfield Agency received almost 30 hours of raw video footage, with varying degrees of audio and lighting quality. We edited all the footage, correcting sound and video problems, created the all motion graphics intros and outros, and burned all the master DVDs to send to the DVD replicator.
We were pleased to know that this DVD set was a great source of revenue for this client.
